TERMS OF SALE
1.Carriage
A standard carriage charge of £9.50 will be involved should the Net Value of Goods ordered be less than £250.00 and less than 25kg. All parcels will be dispatched on a 3-day service unless otherwise stated. Our carriers will dispatch all goods, any extra cost incurred by requesting a different mode of transport will be charged accordingly. (Applies to UK Mainland only).
2. Settlement Terms
Strictly Net 30 days, from the date of invoice for account customers, otherwise payment is required at point of order.
3. Claims
The customer on receipt must inspect goods, Non-Delivery must be notified in writing within 14 days, any damage/pilferage must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods.
4. Returns
Where an agreement on return of stock has been reached, our technicians will test the goods and then our liability will be restricted to replacing any faulty goods free of charge. No carriage charge will be credited nor will soiled or damaged goods.
5. Special Requirements
Goods made to Customer specifications (including samples) are charges and are non-returnable under any circumstances.
6. Tax
All goods subject to VAT at the current rate.
7. Trading Terms
All goods shall remain the property of Safety First Manufacturing Co Ltd until the price has been discharges in full. A cheque given by the purchaser in payment shall not be treated as a discharge until the same has been cleared. In the event of the Purchaser selling or disposing of the goods or any prior goods previously supplied. The Purchaser shall hold the proceeds of the sale or disposal in trust Safety First Manufacturing Co Ltd (SFM Tusker) until discharge in full
